The dates for the 9th ALL BELLANCA Fly-in have been set. The event that welcomes ALL BELLANCAS, including Vikings/Super Vikings/14-19-2/3s, 14-13s, 260s, Decathlons/Citabrias, Triple Tails, Cruisaire/Cruise Master is being held on Thursday, September 24th for early arrivals, thru Sunday, September the 27th, 2026, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
This weekend was chosen for weather considerations, hotel availability, and pricing for the hotels. The 2 hotel choices closest to the airport are the Hilton Garden Inn, and the Osage Casino. Make your best deal with one of these hotels as the rates in the last couple of years has been more competitive when rooms are booked individually.
Meals:
Sandwich lunches with chips, snacks, and water will be provided each day. Saturday’s lunch will have more options. All lunches will be at the hangar.
Dining Thursday evening, will be at Hideaway Pizza, a favorite local hangout.
Friday’s supper will be at the Osage Casino. This is a nice facility as well.
Saturday’s menu is bar-b-que at Dinks, another local favorite.
Other places are nearby. But just are not able to handle a crowd.
Meal time is the best all day event to have this camaraderie.
Don’t forget that sitting out on the veranda after supper is the most enjoyable time of day for socializing.
The mission statement for this fly-in is simple: Come talk Bellancas with those from other parts of the country; discuss problems; offer solutions, but above all, come and enjoy yourself with others who have a common interest: Bellancas!
On another note: Next year, 2027, is the 100th anniversary of the formation of the original Bellanca Company. To celebrate this occasion, the 10th ALL BELLANCA Fly-in will endeavour to host 100 Bellanca Aircraft on that weekend. Ask everyone to make that push this year, going into next year, to make as many aware as possible.
